Question: Anybody know a good diet that easy to stay to.?
im looking for a diet that can help my weight out something that easy to stay to ive been over weight for awhile i am mybe 260 pounds im reallly trying to lose weight what should i do Health Question & Answer

1st. You should really it some breakfast every morning.
2nd. Don't eat any candies or junk food >> Some vegetable's or a salad at evening .
3rd. Drink allot of water , as much as you can!!
You will definitely lose some weight...

I started eating "full fat" everything and lost about 30 pounds, and have now kept it off by only eating real (unprocessed) food for 7 years and counting. first off only drink water.no sweets.none.at.all.Take fiber in the morning and at night.No fried foods.If you're still hungry even after you just ate have a banana or an apple(those fill up a LOT).So that you don't eat as much when are about to drink a cup or two of water.Drink at least 2-3 bottles of water a day to keep your mind off food.Don't eat after 6:00p.m. because what you eat then is counted as DOUBLE because your metabolism slows down.This really works.I lost 22 lbs doing this without exercising but I recommend that you do cardio.If you want something simple that will add up then just do 7 sit-ups everyday or two.Go for a 15min walk at least 2-3 times a week.Hope this helps.Try it and email me please to let me know what happens and how it goes.Try eating a turkey sandwich with lettuce and mustard everyday.That's how my fiancee's brother lost more than 100 lbs lol including everything I told you above.Health Question & Answer

first of all eating right is good and will help lose little bit of weight(fat) but not by itself. You need to workout, go for a walk, ride a bike, something, don't be lazy if your serious just do it.

you need to drink water, not a soda here and there anytime ur thristy drink water and thats it for right now.

eat more often small portions, like 7 times a day seriously.
