Do something that will make you sweat. Then, while still sweaty get yourself into a really cold area in really light clothes for an extended period of time. Get your feet really cold, like maybe stick them in front of the fridge for a while. Keep your room cold and drink and eat cold things. If that doesn't do it, I don't know what will. Hah.
