Question: Is there a way to get flexiblity back .?
I know it decreases with age but is there any way to get it back,well not the level the gymnasts have it,thats just seriously amazing but to some extent Health Question & Answer

Hi, flexibility is the "easiest" thing to get back with diligence and tenacity! It's all about practice, practice, practice. The more you do in the way of flexibility training, the more flexible you become. Unfortunately, it leaves pretty quickly when you stop. Make stretching a major part of your daily exercise routine. Yes. Pilates and yoga are great ways to increase flexibility. The best time to increase flexibility and it may be the only way is to warm your muscles before stretching for at least 20 minutes. This is what I've always heard from experts like Karen Voight. Health Question & Answer
