Monday- Back/biceps/cardio
Tuesday- Chest/triceps/shoulder/cardio
Wednesday- Back/biceps/cardio/legs
Thursday- Chest/triceps/shoulder/cardio
Friday- Biceps/cardio/legs

Saturday & Sunday- OffHealth Question & Answer

What about shoulders.? You should do legs more often. Wouldnt wanna become top heavy. and are you getting enough rest.? This is whata I do

Mon: Back & Shoulders
Tues: legs
Wed: chest
Thurs: Off
Fri: Tris & Bis
Sat: Off or Chest (if my tris can take it or were rescheduled)
Sun: Off
