Any kind of fruit, even canned, is better than NO fruit... while that is a lot of sugar. Eat just a serving at a time, but I would recommend buying fresh or frozen SO ADDED SUGAR fruit in the future and sweetening it with something like honey, non-nutritive sugar replacement or Stevia.
