Question: If I eat once a day will i lose weight.?
I use to only eat once a day and I was skinny.Now I had a baby and never lost the weight matter of fact I gained weight now it's time to lose it.I don't wanna hear that I have to exercise so what else do I have to do.?.?.?.?.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

no u will not loose weight cause ur body will go into starvation mode and start to eat ur fat which will make u gain more weight...just cut down what u eat to a small size and I know u don't wanna here it but exercise will help the process move along faster.....Health Question & Answer

When you cut down calories you will lose weight.
However, only eating once a day will put your body into starvation mode.
Your body will slow down your metabolism and try to store anything it doesn't need for immediate use.
