i am 15 years old
i weigh about 95kgs
and i am 5 ft. 9

please be honest, i know im overweight but after doing my BMI it suggested i am obese and thats worrying :S

I'm not going to answer your question. Why.? Because it will only give you a bad image of yourself. It doesn't matter how much you weigh, you should still think you are beautiful. If you think you need to lose weight then take the steps to do so instead of asking other people for their opinions. The only opinion of you that really matters is your own. Health Question & Answer

if its bmi 30 like pple say then yes that is a bit. maybe try cut a little on calories and do a little more exercise even likle a 15 minute walk to the shop for milk or whatever. perhaps speak to ur doc u may have a condition that causes weight gain like thyroid problems. im trying to lose weight too so i kniow its tough. best of luck.Health Question & Answer
