How many crunches should I do every day?!


Question: How many crunches should I do every day.?
I just did 200 crunches with my legs crosses. I feel good now. How many should I do a day.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Your first set should be as many as you can do without swinging your head back and forth like a maniac. Do them properly or you wont see any results. Your second set should be a reflection of how many you could do your first set. If you do 10, then go for 10 again.. If you do 20 try at least 16 your second set. If you can do more then you will have to figure it out yourself. Eventually you will be able to do sets of 50 or more. Keep going!!!! do about 4 or 5 sets with 25 to 45 seconds between or more if you need it. Dont go more than a minute and a half between sets. In between sets you can do triangle holds and lifts to work your inner abs.

Triangle means you lay with your forearms and toes on the ground, same position as a push up. Then just lift your butt in the air and drop and hold and repeat. Preferably you dont want to over work your abs either, they are muscles just like any other and they require rest and healing. So do them only every other day, if you feel good after a couple weeks you can do them 4 times a week possibly 5.Health Question & Answer
