I have a eating problem?!


Question: I have a eating problem.?
I am almost 13 and i am (or was) a really good weight, but i started to get really bad eating habits. I love food and i began to eat to much. It got to a point where i eat so much its unhealthy. Now i am gaining weight and evrytime i try and not eat as much my hunger gets to me. Im still skinny but it wont stay like that for long. And im not talking about a little to much food, its a lot. I constantly eat. and i cant stop, what can i do to stop eating so much.? helpHealth Question & Answer

Keep yourself busy, I found that even ever I had food in front of me I'd eat it until I started tutoring kids after school so I didn't get home until later to eat. also try exercising, it's not only good to keep the weight down but it'll help build muscle and keep your body fit while giving you something to do (listening to music makes it funnier). also even though portion is a key to keeping the weight, try eating more fruits.

It is completely normal to gain wait and have a much bigger appetite at this time in your life. You're growing! Your body has to fuel that. Hence, the hunger.
Eating healthy is a good idea. Cheetos and soda aren't very good for the formative years. I'm not saying cut out the good stuff all together, just eat it in moderation.
Try to eat lots of bright food- fruits, veggies. Have protein at every meal, and take some multi-vitamins. All of this will help you grow into a healthy weight.Health Question & Answer

I remember going through that stage. For some reason I couldnt stop eating, whether I was hungry or not. Dont worry its normal especially for your age.
