How do I gain weight all over my body?!

Question: How do I gain weight all over my body.?
I'm 5'2 1/2 and I usually weigh about 105lbs. I tried to gain weight last year and no matter how much I ate I didn't gain weight!

Now that I've gained weight without trying to (6-7lbs lol) I've noticed it just goes to my tummy and it's not as flat no more. If possible, I'd like the fat to be distributed to thighs, legs, and other parts not the tummy! lolHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
gaining weight require as much hard work as losing it! To gain weight evenly, first, eat only health food, with a lot of protein, and abstain from junk. There are very thin people who had heart attacks, when they tried to gain weight and stuffed themselves with junk food.
Second, you should jog/run. It will help to redistribute your new weight all over your body.
Third, exercises to target your problem areas. Yours is belly - it means you should do ab workouts while you eat hard to gain weight.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
Weight lifting will not only help you to redistribute your weight evenly, it will help you to gain muscle as well.Health Question & Answer
