Question: I wanna get back in shape. . ideas & read more.?
Ok, it's a cold fall, almost winter here in Iowa where I live. .
I am EXTREMELY out of shape. .
I run, or did run distance, & I wanna start again. .
But my dad won't let me run right away, in the cold & all. .
So, gradually work up to it.?
Plus, cross training I am thinking.?

Answers:
Do some indoors exercise instead. Do aerobics daily for 30 minutes, like stomach crunches, lunges, squats and arm curls. Do about 30 to 60 of each, depending on the intensity of each one. You can do aerobics while watching TV.

I was never into excercise so I couldnt help in that department. I just lost a ton of weight and I did exercise but only to tone myself. I took pills, but I dont know if you are into that type of thing. Its cold out so I would suggest it.
