Slimmer and toned body?!


Question: Slimmer and toned body.?
i am 5'8 and 140 pounds.

what kind of weekly workout should i begin now to lose weight get slimmer and toned body by march or may.? can someone make a list of things i can eat and do to achieve this goal.?

i do go to soccer training on tuesday, thursdays, sundays, and every other mondays as well.

Answers:
Run for about an hour each day, or at least three times a week. If you can't run the whole time, fast walk. Do crunches and push ups for your lower abs, and lift weights and do cardio for you arms and abs. All of this will tone you and build some muscle but not make your arms or legs fat.
