Question: I just lost 25 pounds in 10 days.?
I've always loved working out (jogging, biking), but I've decided to train for a triathalon and really push myself (im 5'5..and just a bit pudgy..lol) . I'm 21, and about 11 days ago, was 128 pounds; I have been biking, swimming, and running for 12 hours a day, for so far 11 days. I got on the scale this afternoon, and now I weight 102 pounds.?!.? But, Is that even possible.?.? I've got on 3 different scales and they all say the same thing! I also got a calorie burner watch/heart strap thingy to see how many calories I burn while training..during 12 hours, I burn around 8000!! I'm eating like a HORSE, so, what's the deal.? How can I lose so much weight in such a short amount of time.? (I think maybe some of it is water weight..but like I said, my clothes are so loose, that my pants are falling down to my ankles, so it can;t ALL be water weight..right.?) ...so confusedHealth Question & Answer

You should really cool it with the working out because this can turn into a health issue. loosing that much weight in a short time can really be bad on your health. Im not saying to stop working out completely just slow down a bit.Health Question & Answer
