They don't say when they weighted that much, but try to Google with the words: "Olsen weight when they were 13"
That would be the real comparison.
In metric system they say the ideal weight is calculated the following way:
for example your height is 5'9'' that is 175 cm. Drop the one in front of 175 and subtract 10. So your weight should be 65 kg.
Again use Google for conversions:
