Creatine and Protein?!
Question: Creatine and Protein.?
I am 18 and a vegetarian, so i don't get much protein and stuff from food. I have been working out 6 days a week for 2 months and have seen a little results. I am trying to get bigger arms and less belly. I was thinking about taking Creatine CE2 Hi- Def and a Protein shake with 3 grams of Creatine. I want to alternate between them, like CE2 on Monday and Protein shake on tuesday, then CE2 on Wednesday... Do you think this is a good idea.? also CE2 says it won't bloat or give me a puffy look, is this true.?.?

Protein shake in a morning, one before the gym, one immediately after and one before bed.
Creatine- 1 gramm 5x a day, after 8 weeks have one week off.

hey..i dont work out or anything..but my boyfriend takes supplements just like you and his arms are huge...but since i dont know exactly What to tell you...u should definitely check out bodybuilding.com...it'll tell u about the right type of protein and creatine...Health Question & Answer
