Come on! You can do it! Think of it like this, the first ten days are the most crucial! And then the first month is hard to stand. But if you dont smoke for 3 months, youre over the hard part. I promise you, do it for another two weeks and the cravings will decrease way more and in another not so hard months, youll be not craving it like that any more! Actually after that you start to feel good and have more self confidence because you have accomplished something. When you need some motivation just look at some disfusting pictures online or go run a lap and you will remember why you are quitting! you can contact a smoking cessation group its like an AA meeting for smokers. you can also talk to you dr and they can help ask for alternatives. will power can be hard to keep afloat especially when it comes to addiction but it can be done. the cravings always come back but eventually you will over look it. my mom quit smoking 8 years ago and when shes around people that are smoking she gets the cravings once in a while. but its up to you to stay smoke free/Health Question & Answer
