What do you think of this eating schedule?!


Question: What do you think of this eating schedule.?
Breakfast - 12 pm
Lunch - 6 pm
Dinner 10 pm

This is the only way I am able to fit it in my day. Anyone else do something like this.?Health Question & Answer

depending on when you get up, you should eat breakfast earlier. thats the most important meal of the day. You should eat dinner sooner than 10 pm. It's usually not recommended to eat past 7pm for your metabolism is slower and that can cause weight gain for those dinner calories unburned.Health Question & Answer

They seem kind of squished together. You should try and keep your metabolism going all day. So try having breakfast a lot earlier, and the others at... normal times.Health Question & Answer

wow thats way too late for all that, if you eat past 6 you actually gain weight.
