A few months ago, I was really in the habit of working out. Since Gym started at school, I stopped. Now that it's ended, I've lost all motivation to work out.

tape a picture of yourself when you didn't like your body weigh on top of the fridge and snack pantry so you don't eat when its unneccesary. workout with a friend! it's fun and you'll both be losing weight. buy some clothes in a size smaller that you really like so you work out to fit into them. I started doing a juice fast (freshly extracted fruit and veggie juices) not the store bought kind... I had more energy and needed to do something with all that extra energy.Health Question & Answer
