Are you living in a 2 storey house .?, if yes, trying running up and down the stairs , it is effective. Try doing that for at least 30 minutes aday. Do intensive training. Such as running up and down really fast for 2 minutes , then walking up and down slowly for 1 minute, then repeat.
You can carry some weights while doing that to increase intensity and effectiveness. Use a 4 or 5 liter bottle of water ( filled up that is ) as free weights if you dont have the iron plates.
Then do push-up , proper one, aim for 3 seconds down, 2 seconds up. About 200 proper push-ups a day would do. And jumping ropes is also very effective, add it in to alternate your routine.
And do chores , lol.....lots of them.Health Question & Answer
