Question: Was my lunch healthy and will it provide me with energy.?
I woke up late so I missed breakfast.
but this is what I had for lunch
whole wheat wrap (90 calories, 3 grams fat)
one tablespoon of all natural/organic peanut butter (100 cal)
2 teaspoons of low sugar jelly (15 calories)
serving of organic pretzels and 3 kashi crackers (150 cal)
one pear and one small apple
1 cup of steamed veggies
80 calorie zone snack size nutrition bar.
so in all, ive had about 630 calories.
and at 1pm I am going to go to the gym and run 4 miles on treadmill, 1/2 mile on the eliptical, crunches, leg lifts. maybe some weights.
was that healthy enough and will it provide me with energy for my workout.? I am worried about the peanut butter because it obviously has fat in it...but it was natural.? did I eat too many carb-y stuff.? I dont know, helppp
