Two things???exersise?!


Question: Two things.?.?.?exersise.?
1.I want to get some techniques other than sit-ups to strengthen my abs
2.other than walking and running, how about my legs.
Note that I do exersise alot and still I am sort of week in my stomach, not really my legs, I am a dancer and a tennis playerHealth Question & Answer

Why not join your local gym and ask an instructor for advice.

If not.. try leaving over the side of your bed head first and lifting yourself up, then holding it, then back down. Do this as many times as you can. Then have a 20 second break then do it again.

For legs try holding something really heavy by your sides like a school bag then crouch down and up again.Health Question & Answer

im not so sure about the legs but for abs you can do planks which is the push up position on your elbows and hold it. To be sure to feel it, keep your butt down. Another good one is butt ups. You put your legs up in the air and use your stomach muscles to pull your butt of the ground. for legs I like to go on a stair and then go up on my toes and then down below the top of the stair.

For your abs I would recommend pilates and look for machines in the gym which you can regulate the weight.

You could also do the same with legs -use machines in the gym and put on more and more weight as you get stronger.

Ask a personal trainer to create a perfect program for your needs.
