this is what I ate today:

breafast:
blueberry bagel with PB
skim milk
pineapple

lunch:
blueberry bagel with PB
pineapple
diet coke
1/2 granola bar

snack:
cookie

dinner:
chicken
noodles

can I have ice cream as my snack.? I really want some but I dont wanna feel like crap.

Here is myh routine, you will lose with it.....if you stick to it once you have lost your weight, you wont gain it back either

Breakfast

1--- boiled egg

1---croissant, dry

1---6 oz glass of orange juice, lots of pulp

1----4 oz 2% lowfat milk

1---1/2 pear, baked


Lunch:::

1---16 oz glass of ice tea, lemon, no sugar

1---salad, with croutons, 1/4 of tomato, 1/4 oz of swiss cheese, and then no fat dressing, usually Catalina

3---melba toast

1---3 oz of broiled or baked chicken

Dinner:::

1----5 oz of any meat, grilled, baked or broiled only, no grease

1---baked tater, 1/2 of it....cheese, chives, butter low fat, bacon bits

1--salad, same as lunch

1--bowl of sugar free ice cream, vanilla bean from braums

2---glasses of ice tea, lemon no sugar

or you can sub for a diet coke or any diet drink..or you can drink all the Crystal Light you want.

and you can also have fruit at lunch and dinner if you like also.

Legit:::Yes, yours is ok, but you are not gonna lose weight with it, you have to have protein in the meal......for the metabolism......an yes you can have ice cream, but not the entire gallon, just a bowl of it, ha ha

I don't know what the rest of your meals look like during the remainder of the week, but it doesn't look like you're following a very good plan at all. Protein in the peanutbutter, calcium from milk and some pineapple for fruit....hmmm... that's ok...but you need to make sure you get vitamin D to ABSORB the calcium you take in, and you also need to be drinking lots and lots of water inbetween meals. also, you need veggies! Go back and look at that can of chicken noodle you ate and see how much sodium is in there!! Sodium is bad for your heart and can also lead to water retention.

So no, it would not be bad for you to have some icecream cuz you're not putting anything else in your body that is any better than icecream.

also, you can have whatever you want, as long as it is portioned out and you don't gorge. If you deprive yourself of the goodies you like to have, you just end up over eating when you do get to have them. So just go by the serving size on the package and if you want to, just cut back a little on the serving size. Health Question & Answer

that would be fine to have, but you wont lose weight with it.
you'll just maintain, you wont gain any.
