Is it bad to bench one day and then workout my shoulders the next?!


Question: Is it bad to bench one day and then workout my shoulders the next.?
If i workout triceps/chest one day, (which includes bench press which works shoulders) is it bad to do shoulders the next day.?Health Question & Answer

Not at all.

I actually prefer to do them on separate days. They are separate muscles that you can work at different times. The amount of work your shoulders do isn't that much with a bench press.
They only thing I don't like is that many of the lifting movements to work out the shoulders also involve the triceps (arnold press) so I try to stick to doing shoulders a little later in my workout cycle.Health Question & Answer

no not really.. as long as u are training a different muscle each time u workout that is fine.....

one way or another anytime u workout all your muscles are hit indircetly.... that is why u should only train each muscle once a week and that is plenty.

don't train longer then 40 - 60 mins
