What is the perfect diet meal plan?!


Question: What is the perfect diet meal plan.?
Does anyone have a good menu plan for losing 2-3lbs a week with moderate exercise...WITHOUT starving myself. I bought a stationary bike, wieghts, and some yoga videos. I am 135lbs and I want to lose atleast 15lbs in the next 8 weeks.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
For breakfast a piece of wheat (integral bread), tea, or oat meal, some fruit.

Lunch: a piece of salmon or fish, salad, or a turkey sandwich, 8 glasses of water daily.

Dinner: a little piece of meat (like a palm of your hand) a little portion of rice or potatoes, a small salad.

Since I herd a that the liver stop working at 5:00 p.m. try not to eat anything heavy at night. if you get hungry have a snack (some cerial as cherioos)

No coke or fast food, no sugar, no candy.Health Question & Answer
