Answers:
Diet Mountain Dew is my favorite pop, too (I love it), but if I were you I'd cut it down a bit. I've heard that pop dehydrates you, and besides, I don't think any pop (regular or diet) is really that great for you in huge amounts. I think maybe you should try to cut your intakes down gradually. Try to drink some water, milk, or juice from time to time...

Health Question & Answer

Are you actually addicted to it or do you just love it.?

People can become addicted to caffeine and for a soda Mt. Dew has a bunch.

As far as it being calorie free that is actually false. Regular drinks measure their calorie count by the standard serving size of 8 ounces or 250 ml. With diet drinks they measure out calories in a reduced serving size of 3.4 ounces or 100 ml. If the calorie count is 2 calories or less they qualify as diet and are allowed to claim 0 calories. So when people have a standard serving size of a diet drink they only think they are getting 0 calories. However all diet drinks will have from 3 - 5 calories per 8 ounces or 250 ml.

yah... basically a cafffine addiction... i do hope you know that chemicals in certain diet drinks are known to cause cancer.

also, artificial sugar, which is in diet drinks, is ONE ATOM away from being INSECTICIDE.... no joke there... my dad and uncle are doctors...

so its really bad actually... you're better off drinking the actual stuff...

... and if you're really self concious, then you'll do what i did and break your addiction using coffee (as a sub for the caffine) and then get hooked to ice cold water.Health Question & Answer

Caffeine addiction.... sugar free even worse, artificial sugar chemicals can and are known to cause bladder cancer ..Health Question & Answer
