Question: How to lose 53 lbs. by Christmas.?
okay so its the 18th of november and i need to lose 53lbs. or so by then or january 2nd (my birthday) at the least. I need to lose it because im 155 lbs. and im 12 and wear a size 9 and my thighs arms and tummy are my biggest concerns so thanks.

It's only medically safe to lose 2-3lbs a week. 3lbs times 4 weeks means you can only safely lose 12lbs a month. You could try and lose the weight faster but only if you don't care about your health and have a death wish. Basically, you should get your parents to take you to a dietitian.
