Either Gym or (Since you're probably a teenager and not an adult) exercise at home/at the park.
Try this:
Stretching first:
Try to touch your toes. Even if you can't hold the farthest position possible for a minute or so
Quad stretch. Stand up and bend one leg behind you. Basically, you're on one foot and your arm will hold your leg behind you in a bent position. Do for both legs
Do the "4" stretch where your legs are shaped like a 4. For example, stick your left leg out straight while sitting on the floor. Bend your right leg towards you so it looks like an upsiedown 4. Then try to touch your left leg's toes

Do any other stretches you'd like to add on. (All stretches shoudl last for roughly a minute.) Try some PE Stretches too.

10 minute jog in a park. A nice, steady pace that isn't too tiring.

Break and drink some water.

10 minute jog again. Steady pace.

At home:
Sit-ups. Try 5 situps the first day. If you can't do 5 the first day, that's okay. The next day, try to raise your situp count by 3. Do this everyday. It only takes 5 minutes but over time it will make your abs firm.

Push-ups (To make your arms more muscular) try 5. Like situps you should try to increase your number by 3 each day.

Finally, you can try to just hold yourself in push-up position for as long as possible. This will work out your coreHealth Question & Answer

I don't know if you can afford it but you shoud get a personal trainer.. because if your looking for ways to get in shape its probably because you on your own arent used to working out and need a little shove like i do. also their is this new acai berry that is great for weight loss and colnix are good too get out all of the bad toxins in your body. I know all of that is kindof expensive so if your short on cash, then you need to really watch what you eat and get some fiber pills to help digest whatever your eating. also walk for at least an hour a day. It seems impossible but break it up.. half hour at lunch and half hour in the morning or when you get off work. If you want a body like that though walking isnt the only thing thats going to work.. you need to do jumping jack and sit ups push ups all kinds of different workouts to achieve this goal. well - from being a Britney fan, I can tell you that isn't what her body looks like. abs - maybe. but her legs are bigger and more muscular than that (which I personally find to be more attractive).
It is hard to reach the level of celebrity "fitness" without personal trainers and/or chefs.
A combination of cardio and weight-lifting is best. Running is the best cardio you can do, but if you're looking for something with lower impact the elliptical is a good start. Spinning classes can also be a lot of fun (and a lot of work).
Although cardio without weight training is almost worthless. If you have comcast cable their on demand has a lot of great options. if you go to the on demand channel, there is a fitness option and they have tons of free videos.
I personally am a fan of the Biggest Loser videos and the Jackie workouts.
In terms of diets - just eating healthy is good. Good carbs (whole grain, etc) are important. Don't cut them out. And get a good balance of protein, fruits and veggies.

I understand your issue. I had put on large amounts of weight and due to a few medical issues could not exercise, except mild like walking. So a friend of mine told me she had been going to A New Image Weight Loss Clinic & Spa Services. So I am now on my 6th week and I have lost 12 lbs and went from a sz 18 to a size 12. The funny thing is I had to start eating more food. I was not eating enough causing my body to store fat. The program is wonderful if you do it. It is more of a life change than a diet. You have to have a shot each week (not bad) I get lipo-vit and take a appetite suppressant once a day.

It's hard to determine how intense your workouts have to be in order to achieve a body like hers without knowing what your body looks like. It all depends though.
If you can't get out of the house or outside to jog/workout
you would need indoor workout routines,
like
situps, pushups, crunches, etc.

and for food, either eat many small meals throughout the day,
or eat 3 large meals.
and always stick to your workout routine.
I actually got pretty fit this way and i lost enough weight to my liking.

well for starters that picture is airbrushed; but that body type is possible...keyword BODYTYPE, meaning that if your body isn't built with slim hips as well as a simlarly proportioned rib cage it won't look like that picture. I suggest tons of cardio (if you aren't already lean). and lots of crunches. Especially side crunches which I thing alot of people ignore (like you see super skinny girls, but their hips look really wide.?) that's where the side crunch comes into play it will make the line from your hips to your ribs more solid/striaght instead of curvy. I think you will need to do the new airbrush diet. It consists of eating nothing and then binging and purging on all the foods you crave. Then doing your photo shoot and they airbrush all your flaws away to make you look perfect. Eat your heart out and just be you. Maybe you aren't meant to be that size. well my friend was 200 and something pounds and when she came back to school this year she got ALOT skinner. what she told me she did was she ate 1 egg in the morning. 1 turkey sandwhich in the afternoon. and 1 baked chicken at night. she never ate after 6 o'clock, she didnt drink anything until 30 minutes after she was done eating, she only drank water though. she walked 1 mile everyday just walk the dog or something...supposly she never ran. and if she got hungry she would snack on almounds. it is a very strict diet and she had alot of help from her family! i seriously didnt even notice her when she came back to school! Being skinny like that really messes with your body, it can cause irregular periods or even periods that stop completely, which is not good if you ever want children.
