How many times a day should I weight train?!


Question: How many times a day should I weight train.?
Im 20 years old, 212lbs, I was 295lbs about 7 months ago. Im Big boned, Is that a contributing factor to my weight.? I want to Gain Muscle. I know that I should weight train about 45 mins. but that seems very little time for me. I thinking probably 45 mins. 3 times a day.Is that right.? or is it 45 mins a day and then rest the next day.? Should I loose more weight or Keep on trying to build muscle. Health Question & Answer

keep trying to build muscle. about an hour a day 3-4 days lifting, then cardio however often you want probably about the same as lifting. don't lift more than one time a day. just make sure you are not wasting time between sets and different exercises. you should be able to get about 5 different exercises at about 4-5 sets a piece in 1 hour.Health Question & Answer

first, you should do a lot of cardiovascular work which really helps you lose weight, then worry about building muscles. don't over do it because your muscles wont have time to build if you keep working them and that's not good. you should prob work out about 3-6 days a week for at least an hour. btw, a sort of fun way to do that is to take up pilates or yoga. i do pilates, and it actually really builds your muscles, and fast.
