I really want to lose weight I have no problem with my body shape I know that when I lose the fat I'll look hot but I need help and tips on how to get there. I'm exercising 5 days a week for an hour half an hour. I do 30 min with the hula hoop and the other have with a show on tv called body electric. I would like to lose 20 pounds by July that's when my friend is getting married for once I want people to notice me and say wow she has a great body instead of my older sister. Please help I'm sick of being the fat one my major problem is saying no to sweets I am 16 and weight 160 lb Its embarrassing.
