But running really helps shape the legs.
Crunches are AMAZING for your stomache, just do thirty every day (at least) and soon you should be seeing a difference
Pull ups
Major stretching then sprinting
And arm machines, or weight lifting.
And just eat healthier.
If your school has a salad line or something, get that... It fills you up too!
DANCE- extremely good all over exercise!
Join a sport or showchoir (singing and dancing. chyeaahh haha)

Hoola is a great exercise. However, if your specific heart rate doesn't raise with the implementation of this exercise, you won't reach the fat burning zone. This is crucial as you may pass that zone and go into endurance zone...which could actually cause some muscle loss but give you excellent endurance. It's not good for losing the fat though.
Your height and weight should tell you what your best fat burning zone is.
also, DIET DIET DIET, what you ingest is veeeery helpful. My buddy entered an all natural body building competition (he won) and showed me this diet. Used moderately, without brutal weight training, it really helps. I lost 20 lbs. inside of a month easily, with little cardio...I had a good amount to lose. Basically, only eat natural fats (avocado/all nat. peanut butter/unsalted nuts) and a somewhat high intake of protein (fish/chicken/egg whites). Eating 6 times a day (light meals) helps speed up your metabolism. If you eat 3 times a day you will notice this difference inside of 10 days (you won't be able to eat the whole meal that you were used to eating). also, grapefruit juice is a natural fat burner and works well when a small amount is injested before bed...it is bitter as hell though!.

well i guess hoola hoops are excersice but ur standing in one spot that isnt going to do crap. So if you want to burn fat naturally without any pills. U have to diet and excersice. Since ur a girl i dont really suggest like workouts and more like long runs and aerobics, or some hard yoga will keep ur arms and everytin tone.
Keep in mind that if you diet and run all of ur fat off. Ur boobs will loose mass as well. Maybe more loss on ur boobs then ur belly.

One thing that really works is that right when u wake up, like u ate nothing and drank nothing not even water. Since u at something like 9 hrs ago there is no calories to burn, in ur stomach. So ur body goes to the reserve fats to get energy. So right when u wake up go talk a 15 min short walk. Treadmill is good too. But do not run i tried that as well. and not eating or drinking makes u get a headache and everything. I think i even got a upset stomach from drinking too much water after that as well cause i was soo thirsty for water. And then my body like fried it. So a short walk right after u wake up and u eat or drink nothing. After u walk u can eat or drink w.e. and stick to ur diet.

but dont be like those werid girls and eat like 200 calories a day. Eat ur normal meals and have some healthy snacks too. And run if u wanna get skinny u cant stand in one spot and do hoola hoops u gotta work. Same way a guy wants to get a 8 pack but just does easy crunches cause its easy for him. Hes going nowhere.

I just bought an elliptical/stepper from hsn and that is a great way to lose weight. i don't think hoola hooping will really accumulate much weight loss. you are better off taking a step class or aerobics.Health Question & Answer
