Question: Will i lose weight if i lower my daily calorie.?
i am 15 years old, i weight about 170 pounds. and im 5'7- 5'8
i want to lose about 30 pounds, in the next 3-4 months.
calculating my calorie intake, i should be getting about 2040 a day. if i took about 1500 a day will i lose weight.?
i don'tt play a sport, but i do go to the gym and lift weights.
i do consider myself to be fat and i just want a nice flat stomach, flat cheast.

what kind of workouts should i do.? if i lower my calorie intake will i lose weight.? please helpHealth Question & Answer

don't lower your calorie intake, I would consider upping it, just make sure you're spending those calories wisely.

I lift nearly every day, and have lost about 40 pounds, and am getting a flat stomach...

Drink a lot of water, and consider running more, and watch what you eat...

You need a lot of calories to fuel your workouts, just make sure they are calories from good sources of protein and whole wheat carbs..Health Question & Answer

In general you will lose weight. Cardio, like walking, running & biking will definitely help the process move much faster. The trick is not depleting the body of too many calories because you need them to work out. 2000 calories isn't too much if you are working out 4 days a week. ok the calorie thing might lower your weight ....but unless ur considering starving urself it wont change ur weight as much....sooooo just try to do exercises .....pull ups, sit up , jump rope, push ups all those basics that dont really need gear and ofcourse run run run!Health Question & Answer
