Is going to gym good or bad?!


Question: Is going to gym good or bad.?
Some people say it keeps u physically and mentally fit but other say it may affect your full growth, it may lead to heart attack, it may lead to a lot of complications in your older age, it gears up your anger, it reduces your manliness physically(productivity). In buddhism, buddha delivered speech that the middle way is the best way of living. It means that u must avoid the extreme situations. In this case, it also same as buddha's quotation. U must avoid either over exercise or lack of physical activity. As conclusion, going to gym is good but should avoid over exercise at gym.Health Question & Answer

as a nursing student from canada and based on what we study in university of toronto it says that you have to do exercise every day.. it is recomended that each person should do atleaset 20-25 minutes of running every day.. more is better.
it keeps ur heart healthy and no u dotn get heart attack from the exercise. if u eat well and do exercise then u dont have to worry about complication of getting old. over here they say that u have to cut down on frozen food, burgers, fries, pizza that is life here. but in india u get both time good cooked fresh food so u dont need to worry aboutit.
hope this helps and yes if u start to do exersie then start it with less mintues and then see if u can catch up with ur exercise then slowly procced with more time of exercise. also do not drink water while exercise and drink water after 1 hr of exercise. also do not eat and exersie (i know its stupid advice but i have to give it to u) if u want to do exercise after dinner or luch then wait for atleast 1hr and then start ur exercise.

and if u r planning to buy those expensive machine at ur place then plz plz pplz odnt buy them now... first start with running or join a gym and later when u get regular with ur exercise then buy one. buz over here in canada mostlly all indian that i know ggot the machine and they make big commitment to them self that they are going to loose this amt of weight but when the machine comes it is being used for atleaset one monthe and then that machine goes in basement for ever and ever and ever....Health Question & Answer
