Question: How come people make losing weight out to be complicated.?All you have to do is eat healthy and exercise.?
Answers:
I think for some people they are too lazy to do that and can't break their love of McDonalds(puke food)

For others, it actually is a disease or illness and they can't.

I just workout and eat right to keep in shape.

this may be true for most people but the reason people are having troubles now is because we have more food available, its easier to get a big mac and fries now. its convenient, its convenient to get in your car for a drive of three houses.

it can be tricky when your used to eating three times the amount of what is recommended to go down to proper portions.

some people because of medications have trouble losing weight. other medical conditions can cause trouble and can cause sudden weight gain.

losing weight is usually a battle for people who are dieting. not finding a real life plan. the people that will have nothing but grape fruits and juice. those are not good idea's.

Because it's hard to explain to your friends, boyfriend or girlfriend why you're eating small snacks all the time instead of dining out and partying and binge drinking with them like you normally would if you're on a weight loss plan. They think: "oh this won't hurt, it's ok"
