i can't hold it anymore or even keep my feet in the air in the same position, i try to do it and my feet just fall down.

any help.? how to practice.?

my arms are normal for a girl (strength wise...i'm a bit weak), but i think it's more an issue of balance or maybe not. i could hold my feet up i just can't balance them up there.

Do them against the wall. Slowly move your heels off the wall then fall back if it gets wobbly...Repeat many times!

if It is arm strength then you have to do push up to build your shoulder and back muscles !Health Question & Answer

It's not an issue of arm strength, but of balance. You're probably taller now than you were back in the day. This means your center of gravity is much higher, and it makes you much more likely to tip over (this is one reason why small gymnasts have an advantage - it's much easier to balance!).

I'm not sure what you can do - I don't think most adults can do really awesome handstands - except to keep practicing. Focus on keeping your abs tight and your feet centered over your center. Imagine a straight line running from your nose to your bellybutton to your toes. It's also easier to balance if you "spot" - pick a place on the wall and stare at it. Don't look around, just concentrate on that place. This is a trick dancers use to help them maintain their balance.Health Question & Answer

You need to start practicing up against a wall and once you get the strength to hold it against the wall. Start kicking back from the wall but close enough to where you can still fall back against it. Once you get the balance down work on the handstand with someone standing over you that can correct you as you start to fall. Be sure to stretch your wrists before starting any of this. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

Just practice! Have someone stand next to you and hold your legs up when you kick them into the air. If no one is around kick them up and keep your balance against a wall. After a while your muscles will remember what position they need to be in to stay up, and then you can move on to practicing without being held up.Health Question & Answer

I doubt it has anything to do with strength. You are not in the air long enough. A handstand is a hard skill to master, period. The best thing to do would be to keep practicing - and in time, with determination and persistence you will learn, once again, how to do a handstand.Health Question & Answer

Yes doing it against a wall is a very good way to do it. However, I suggest you do it in a hallway so when you first start you can climb your way with your feet on the opposite wall. This is an easy way to get into the position and not hurt yourselfHealth Question & Answer

well i think it little bit how you hold both of your legs up in air...and arm AND back strength
try to handstand on wall and lean off a little to see how you can hold
well that what i see everyone done...how they hold their legs up
you gymastic or something.?Health Question & Answer

What you should do is first place your hands on the ground, second kick your legs up so that your legs are up off of the ground, last you want to kind arch your back so your legs dont fall down and by now you shoud be in a handstand.Health Question & Answer

well put your hands on the ground right in front of you and kick your legs up straight and keep your balance.Health Question & Answer
