Question: Advice please read....?
currently weight 59 kilos and im 5'6 which is ideal weight for my height im advised. I just want to tone my body and need tips on how to do that at the gym.? ie how long on each machine and which machines I need to use.?

to tone you need to do atleast 10-15 exercises per machine w/ a however much weight you can do that many times and also check out this blog for advice on losing belly and thigh fat
