Is it possible to be fit AND fat?!

Question: Is it possible to be fit AND fat.?
What if, for example, someone went to the gym and did intense cardiovascular exercise but then went home and consumed 2 whole family-sized cheesecakes on a daily basis. They would gain weight and body fat, obviously, but would their heart and overall fitness level still be good.?Health Question & Answer
