I have a question about exercising?!

Question: I have a question about exercising.?
for your information this is not for losing weight, i've just been told that its bad going to sleep when you've had too much to eat. i just wanted to let you know that because some people like to trick people into becoming fat when they want to lose weight, so please don't be rude and give me a stupid question because i am NOT trying to lose weight

okay, my questions are...
1. does it matter if you exercise in the morning, noon, or night.?
(does it make a difference in your weight or something)
2. what do you need to do before and after you exercise.?
(because i've been told you need to stretch and stuff, but is there more you need to do)
3. if you want to take a shower after you exercise, does it matter if you take a cold or warm shower.?
(and what happens if you take a cold shower)
4. is it okay going to sleep within an hour after exercising

please help! because im kind of a newbie at exercising =PHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
1. Not really, it is only harder to fall asleep at night because you're all jacked up.
2. stretch, eat your largest meals of the day before and after working out, avoid meals high in fat around your workout
3. doesn't matter
4. you might get less deep sleep but I'm not sure, if you dont have a problem falling asleep its not much of a problem

and you're fine eating before going to sleep if you want to gain weight, if you want to lose weight eat less calories at night because you metabolism slows down while sleepingHealth Question & Answer

My girlfriend has tried most things to lose weight but nothing has worked quite as good as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it's been covered on CNN and Fox News. She melted away 10 pounds in five weeks. She gets it off a friend at work but I found this site in Google; www.Wu-YiNow.com - they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they're worth a try.?Health Question & Answer
