Question: How can i lose 4 pounds in a week.? Will this slow down my metabolism.?
Ok so i know your going to tell me how unhealthy this is.. but for the record i already have a messed up metabolism.. always have. My sister in law lost 10 pounds by working out alot and not eating very much like 800 cals a day at most and drink TONS of water!! She was on the tred meel for an hour everyday! Shes soooo skinny and SHE KEPT IT OFF!! She just watched what she ate when she was done! Its been months and its still off!!! Alls i wanna lose is 10 lbs. If i eat around 800 cals a day drink 3 liters of water daily and take fiber tablets and drinks to get my daily fiber will i lose weight.? How quickly will i lose it.?Health Question & Answer

if you want to loose weight quick then i suggest you exercise.
i am a cross country runner and i loose 4lbs a day, but then i gain it back through all the fluids i drink and the food i eat. Before you have breakfast, take a morning jog, lets say 3 miles-
then eat breakfast-helps speed up your metabolism & gives you energy.
then before lunch, run 1 mile, then have lunch. something Healthy!
*REMEMBER, JUST BECAUSE YOU BURN THESE CALORIES DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD REGAIN THEM ALL BACK
and then before you eat, run 2 miles, and then eat dinner

*exercising before you eat is a great way to speed up your metabolism
-going on diets and other crap like that like starving and throwing up is useless because then you binge and then you throw up again and it's just a horrible cycle
[trust me i've been down that road]
-also, going on diets usually end up making you fatter then you already were
-just eat healthy, you can eat a few bad foods here and there but mainly focus on greens and fruits
-fish is also good for you
-STAY AWAY from mayo [fatening] butter [like not alot little is fine]
and just mainly junk food.
i know you'll want to crave it but just smelling the food helps fill me up
and once you start eating, you can't stop so try not to.


*Just dont starve-cause you binge later
[also it's unhealthy]
-a throwing up
-the best way is to exercise, and also it's a great way to release stress!

Just eat healthy MEASURED portions. And I mean that look on the box find out what a serving is and EAT THAT AMOUNT.
And MODERATE exercise. You don't need to work out every single day. 3 months is NOT keeping it off five years is keeping it off!
If you live like this (except for your birthday ect). Slowly you will lose weight and it will stay off for good.

eat healthy food, eat a little meal 5 or 6 times a day.... nibble, don't scarf big meals. Exercise always helps to lose weight.
