How do i stop eating junk foor when i have impulse problems wth my adhd.? is there a different way to eat junk food, i eat so much and all the time! literally Health Question & Answer

If you really wants to minimize junk food intake then go scientifically
1.Adhd problem does not start in your head but it start in your nostrils.
2.Whenever you get impulsive flavors close down your nostril and breath through mouth.
3.Keep some thing handy to chew preferably tangy.
4.Take my advice seriously.

don't buy any of it...and if someone in your household has it around, tell them to keep it LOCKED UP....seriously, that's what i do....it works.
(btw, i also have adhd - and gained 155 pounds 10 years ago due to compulsive eating - then i did the above, and lost it all - and have KEPT it off, for over 5 years....good luck) Health Question & Answer

sure, there's a ton of diffrent ways to ea tjunk food. my favorite is eating junkfood while standing on my head. it's a will power thing. you'll stop eating junk food when you set your mind to it.... or get horribly traumatized around little debbie cakes. Health Question & Answer
Simple, don't eat it. Pre make all your meals the night before so you have food to eat when your hungry. also, try having a cheat meal every week, eat all the fast food you can in 1 sitting.Health Question & Answer
