Kind of over being on the fat side......?!


Question: Kind of over being on the fat side.......?
Hey. Around September last year (when I was 14) I weighed 110kg! That's right! VERY FAT.

Now I am very tall (6ft 2). I lost heaps of weight through dieting last year. I got down to 93kg! But over the past two or three weeks I've been putting some on again. I'm now on about 95-96kg. I don't want to go up again because I am happy like I am. I still want to get down to around 88-90kg. How do I do this.?

I have this weird problem. If I just begin to starve myself (that isn't a bad thing!) I think about how well I'm doing then I give in after 40 hours or so and eat heaps! I need something to do to take my mind of eating! How do I loose weight.?

What do I do.?

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!
I've lost 5kg in 4 weeks and I never feel hungry. Starving yourself is the worst thing you can do for yourself because you'll end up yo-yo dieting. Eat 5 small meals per day. These meals don't have to be celery sticks, you can add in cheese sticks, fruit, anything healthy that you like. Don't forget carbs, people think that you can't have them while your trying to lose weight, but it's not true. Just measure them in handfuls.

Something that I swear by is exercising in the morning, drinking lots of cold water and green tea. They all speed up your metabolism.

Morning before taking any thing drink warm water 4-6 glass as per body requirement.
Keep your stomach half filled
Keep your weigh as per you height
Maintain hemoglobin level as your doctor says
Take more fruits & vegetables
Use brown breads or whole grains products
Minimize dairy product
Do exercise or walking 30-60 minutes
Do yoga, Pranayam(Dip breathing) in place of exercise if possible

Or do adderall and not eat for two days. lol

it doest matter you loose weight if you starved your self you just hurting your self just take fruit everytime your hungry....drink more water ,have a little bit of exercise that will help you to maintain your ideal weight goodluckHealth Question & Answer
