What do you eat when?!


Question: What do you eat when.?
I want to put myself on a diet, actually not a diet, but more like a change in way i eat. I was reading a book called, Joege Cruise 8 minutes in a morning, and according to him, we should fill out plates, half with vegetables, and then spilt the remaining half in half, one with protien and one with carb. He says generally you should eat when you wake up, and then every three hours until about 7 or 7:30...However, my scheldeule does not compliment that...espcially the dinner part i work from 5-9 at nights...anyhoo... Usally i'll eat, nothing to big...more like what he suggests and then 2-3 hours later I'm hungry again... and this is like 10-11pm... so what can i eat that's filling, and healthy too.?.?.? well, i'm currently on a low carb diet. and its working really well. i can eat normally, and the low-carb foods i eat (veggies, certain fruits, eggs, meats, nuts, etc) keep me full all day. basically i eat at around 6am every morning, and then i usually don't get hungry till around 5pm. so, i only eat two meals a day, but its fine because i'm never hungry when i'm not eating for longer periods of time, like i always was when i ate high-carb things.

i don't know, maybe this diet works best for me because i am 14 (i've been on this diet for a week and i've lost 4 pounds). however, my mom is on this diet and she has also lost weight.

and the best part is, in a low-carb diet, unlike a no-carb diet (like freaking atkins) you can still treat yourself occasionally. Health Question & Answer

if you're hungry late at night, then you're not getting the essential nutrients you need throughout the day. eat about 200 calories every 2-3 hours if you can. it's great it keeps me never hungry but always satisfied. for dinner, have something like lean fish or chicken for protein and loads of vegetables. brown pasta is also really good, but not too much or it will make you bloated. for desert have something like dark chocolate or yoghurt which fills you up :) Health Question & Answer

I don't really think that eat 5-7 times a day diet is good for you. You should eat 3 main meals, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. If you get hungry in between meals you can have a snack.Since you work 5-9 pack a healthy dinner .The plate filled with 1/2 veggies 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbs is a good way to stay healthy. this is actually a really good idea. It's better for your body when you have many little meals a day. to fill the voids you should stick with things that have no fat e.g. fruits or vegetables like tomatoes and carrots. You could eat eat eat that stuff and never get fat. Just don't only eat fruits and vegies your body needs more than just that!Health Question & Answer
