Question: How long should i use ice packs on legs after workout/game.?
should i ice my legs exactly after workout or should i wait a few minutes.? and how long should they be iced.?Health Question & Answer

i don't wait , right after a game i use a ice tub
they say around 15 min, but i do it for 30 min,
so what ever feels more comfortable for you
if is feels like it is so cold it burns, it is time to stop.
then after 10min you can start again if you have a injury or pulled muscle or something.
