it's great that you want to improve the way you look, just dont obsess over it.

i'm guessing you are home training. Four days a week is great for you but dont do those on a roll. instead, workout one day and rest for the other day. like; monday, wednesday, friday, sunday, tuesday, thursday, saturday, monday, and so on... resting is way more important then how much you lift.

and also, if you want to get big, fast, you need to lift heavier weights with low repetations. if you want to get toned in your own size, you need low weights and high reps. i suggest you go with both. do 4 sets of everything, giving it more weight and less reps for each set. if you dont have anything your body weight will always work for you since it will grow in time.

punching bag is a way better exercise than any other, so keep it on everyday.

and the most important thing that you probably dont know. what you EAT is way more important than what you lift. You need to eat pretty good, pretty much, lots of protein; like chicken and cheese and milk. (dont recommend protein shakes; you are too young for them and the effects you gain with them will not be permanent.)

You are at a great age to get big, just dont obsess about it, dont overwork cos it will actually make you shrink, eat alot, drink lots and lots of water; and you'll rock before 18 ; )
