eat only veggies and stuff that doesn't have alot of fat in it. dont drink anything that has alot of sugar, like soda. THEN exersize after thanksgiving and chrismas .also, try to laugh alot because it burns calories Health Question & Answer

It's hard. But what I do is stick to around 1,700 to 2,000 calories a day until the important events occur. But when the day does come don't over eat to much and don't have seconds. Make sure you don't have more than one cheat day a week.Health Question & Answer
