run up and down some stairs. or with a box besides a wall go up and down switching legs. bout a month you'll see results not perfect but you'll see them in bout 4-5 months your booty will be hot.Health Question & Answer
okay, this works for me.
i stand on one leg with my arms together straight out in front of me and the other leg extended behind me. then i curl the leg that is in the air towards my butt and hold, then release but keep my leg in the air still. i dont that about 10-15 times and then switch to the other leg, and repeat once.
you'll see results probably in about 3 weeks.
oh, and do it either everyday or every other day, whatever you prefer.
