hi i have puppy fat in my stomach but i want flat stomach like every one in my class i am 13 and i weigh 64kg and i have to weigh 56 in 6 Weeks i am on a diet i don't eat Chocolate or crisps or any other fattening food or fizzy drinks but i don't know which exercises i should do so can you please helpHealth Question & Answer

since you are on a diet it's doing good already. You can try cardio exercises like running and swimming and cycling etc. also here is an abbs workout that is really effective.

like we were sitting in the park, smokin some ciggys and he jus throws his hand down his *** and starts rubbin it
