Question: What are good sources of protein.? (for bodybuilding).?
i was wondering if anybody knew how i can really get a lot of protein so i can build more muscle. Right now I'm taking muscle milk and eating lots of meats. What else can i do to either maximize my protein use or to get more protein.? Right now i can bench 200 but i want to try to increase my bench max. So can someone please help me.? chicken,beef,tuna,protein shakes,eggs etc etc there are a lot.Good work on the 200lb bench.Last time i did 200 was 2 1/2 months ago now i can bench 300lbs.You will be in the 300s in 2-3 months i guarantee.If i can do it u can do it too.Just train like an animal,eat like an aniaml and sleep like an animal.Health Question & Answer
Remember, too much protein will just be stored as fat. If you're doing some serious working out, then you would need some more protein, but still not a ton. Eating protein won't just make muscle appear.
That said, Eggs (the white part) are a complete protein. Pairing Beans and rice together also makes a complete protein. Milk, nuts, and lean meats. Stay away from really fatty meats. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

Whey is good for quick energy and rapid absorbtion. Casein is a good protein post-workout because of its time-release affect. It's good to eat the protein, but don't neglect the carbs. Rice and pasta are excellent to assist in building size.Health Question & Answer
