I'm working out today, and I usually lift weights, lower back extensions, lunges and squats, the russian twist, and a lot of other things. But should I go for my long walk first.? or workout first.?Health Question & Answer

you can either walk as a warm-up or cool-down.

i think a short walk or jog first is better so it gets ur blood flowing and loosens up your muscles but even before that some proper stretching is mandatoryHealth Question & Answer
