Medically speaking, for a person who is 5"5, to be within a healthy weight the range is 111 lbs to 150 llbs. So,150 lbs is technically considered on the high end of the healthy weight scale for a person who is 5"5. But, you should go by what your comfortable with, and how you feel. Being on the high end of the healthy weight is FINE! It creates little to no health problems. But, I would try not to get any heavier then 150 lbs being 5"5 to avoid any health problems! It doesn't sound like you need to lose weight.

Are you happy with your body.? If yes, then no need to ask other people if you should lose weight. Stay how you are.
