Want to Loose 70 pounds?!


Question: Want to Loose 70 pounds.?
So, I'm 15-16, my height is around 5"8, and I went on a site that helps you find out what the healthy weight for someone my height , and they said I should be around 132. So I want to loose 70 pounds

(YA I KNOW)

My whole family is overweight, and I just wanna get healthy so they can too.

I'm not really following a specific time frame for this. I mean, the sooner the better, but I don't wanna spend any money on that Tea one or anything.

I want to know a good regimen to follow, but I don't wanna build up a lot of muscle...

My body type, if I did that, I'd look like the Hulk

and I don't want that. O_O

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

you really are what you eat. reduce bad fat intake...the more muscle you have the more fat you burn.fat is like you bodies icebox..it stores what it doesn't use.go lite on the weights and do cardio. the higher the heart rate the better..atleast 170 beats per min..but don't cut out the fats totally your body will start storing them in defense. just use stuff like olive oil and avocados..you know stuff with healthy fats...there is such a thing trust me Health Question & Answer



Exercise and eat healthy. If you don't like exercise walk as much as you can.

Eat a lot of veggies, grilled chicken, fish, drink a lot of water and avoid sweets and fat. Don't skip breakfast. Eat 3 meals and 2 light snaks (yogurt, fruit...).
